Richard has been practising Family Law for the past 32 years and was one of the first to be accredited as a Family Law Specialist. He is one of the country’s leading family law practitioners, specialising in highly complex property and child related matters. He is a Member of the Law Council of Australia (Family Law Division) and a past Family Law Committee Member of the Law Institute of Victoria.

Kristin Susan Shergold
B.A. L.L.B
Kristin has been practicing Family Law for the past 5 years. She graduated with distinction from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts. Kristin is a Member of Law Institute of Victoria and enjoys researching and writing articles regarding Family Law matters for the Law Institute Journal. She has a particular interest in child related matters and assisting clients in resolving matters through Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Vic Rajah
B.A., L.L.B.(HONS), A.S.L.I.V (FAMILY LAW)
Vic graduated from his law degree with honours and then undertook in-depth training as a commercial solicitor, before bringing a keen understanding of complicated property and financial issues to his work with Family Law. Vic, is an accredited family law specialist and has a real passion for working on children”s matters, and has served on several youth and community initiatives.

Kathryn Elizabeth Downs
B.A. L.L.B., A.S.L.I.V. (FAMILY LAW)
Kathryn is an Accredited Family Law Specialist with more than 15 years experience in all areas of family and de facto relationship law. Kathryn is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and has been a member of a number of committees including the Law Institute, Education and Children’s Issues Committee and the Board of the St Kilda Legal Service.

Adrian Stone
B.EC., L.L.B., A.S.L.I.V. (FAMILY LAW)
Adrian is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. He is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Law Council of Australia, the Law Institute of Victoria and the New Zealand Law Society. He is admitted to practice in the United Kingdom and is a former member of the Solicitors Family Law Association of England and Wales. He has a particular interest in matters involving international and cross-jurisdictional issues.
Adrian regularly presents Family Law seminars and has published a number of articles regarding family law matters. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Law Institute’s Family Law Section and a member of its Court Practice sub-committee. Adrian is also the legal member of the Human Research and Ethics Committee for Peninsula Health.
